Our founders are a father-son team local to the area. Combined they have 45+ years’ experience in the industry so you can rest easy knowing you are in good hands! Father (Joe) has been in the construction industry for many years, having built over 150 homes in South Florida. Joe has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Evangel University. He is married (to Chase’s mom) and is the father of three grown children and 4 grandchildren. Oh, and a goldendoodle named Vinny! Joe and Chase are avid hunters (Hince Joe naming his only son “Chase”), and he is captain of his Local Billiard League. When not working, you can find him on the Gulf Coast of Florida, searching for fresh grouper!

Son (Chase) was previously the #1 Salesmen of a Local Construction Company. From a young age (8 Years Old) Chase spent an extensive amount of time working on his father’s job sites, giving him a strong passion for construction and precision building. In his free time, Chase is involved in Rotary International (Having earned the esteemed title of Paul Harris Fellow) and also enjoys playing in his Billard League. Chase loves to travel and has spent extensive time in South America and Europe. His favorite spot (so far) is the Matterhorn in Zermatt, Switzerland. Chase has a 3-year old daughter named Sophia who loves to swim with her daddy. Her favorite thing to do is travel with her dad to find new Beaches (And Sea Shells)!
